Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective Facebook advertising campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Create engaging and compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance and user engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features on Facebook to ensure the implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Test and iterate on various ad formats, targeting options, and campaign structures to optimize ROI and drive cost-effective results.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources across campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine and improve campaign performance.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful Facebook advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design, ensuring ads are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with other social media platforms and digital marketing channels is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
