  7. Test and iterate on various ad formats, targeting options, and campaign structures to optimize ROI and drive cost-effective results.
  8. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources across campaigns.
  9. Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine and improve campaign performance.
  10. Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in developing and executing successful Facebook advertising campaigns.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other relevant tools.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  4. Creativity and a keen eye for design, ensuring ads are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
  7. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  8. Familiarity with other social media platforms and digital marketing channels is a plus.
  9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
